International Reception

  • Several countries, including Canada, Qatar, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, have welcomed the plan.

Key Elements of the Peace Plan

  • Gaza to become a deradicalized, terror-free zone, ensuring no threats to neighboring areas and promoting redevelopment.
  • Immediate end to the conflict upon acceptance, with Israeli forces retreating to a predefined line to prepare for hostage release.
  • Suspension of military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardments, until conditions for a full staged withdrawal are met.

Hostage and Prisoner Exchange

  • Within 72 hours of Israel's public acceptance of the agreement, all hostages will be returned.
  • Israel will release 250 life sentence prisoners plus 1,700 Gazans detained after October 7, 2023, including all detained women and children.
  • For each Israeli hostage's remains, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans.

Amnesty and Rehabilitation Efforts

  • Hamas members committing to peaceful coexistence and disarmament will be granted amnesty.
  • Those opting to leave Gaza will receive safe passage to receiving countries.

Humanitarian Aid and Infrastructure

  • Upon agreement acceptance, full aid will be sent to Gaza, following the January 19, 2025, agreement on humanitarian aid.

  • Aid distribution in Gaza will proceed without interference via the United Nations, Red Crescent, and other neutral organizations.
  • Rafah crossing's operation will follow the January 19, 2025, agreement mechanism.
