    Key Features of PSP V2.0

    • AI-powered Assistance: Integration of chat and voice bots to assist citizens with application processes, enquiries, and grievances.
    • Wide Implementation: Successfully implemented in all 37 passport offices in India, 93 Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs), and 450 Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) as of May 26, 2025.
    • Global Reach: Global Passport Seva Programme (GPSP V2.0) launched across Indian Embassies and Consulates worldwide on October 28, 2025.

    E-passports
