- The Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO) of NITI Aayog acts as the knowledge partner and central coordinator.

- Network Readiness Index (NRI)
- Global Hunger Index (GHI)
- Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI)
Responsibility of Nodal Ministries
- 17 nodal ministries are assigned specific indices.
- Tasks include:
- Conducting a thorough review of index methodologies.
- Engaging with international bodies for data accuracy.
- Ensuring the use of the most recent official Indian data.
- Identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective measures.
