About EPR for Scrap of Non-Ferrous Metals

  • Targets: Every producer shall be responsible for the recycling target structure, which progressively increases from 10% in 2026-2027 to 75% by 2032-2033.
  • Central Pollution Control Board: Shall generate an EPR certificate through the portal.
  • Validity of the EPR certificate: Shall be two years from the end of the financial year in which it was generated
