• Homemakers as nation builders: It noted that women’s unpaid caregiving work is estimated between 15%-17% of India's GDP.

• If a homemaker is employed, ₹30,000 for loss of domestic care is awarded in addition to their salary 
• To Maintain this value this sum be revised by 10% cumulatively every three years.
• Expeditious disposal: Motor vehicle claims should not remain pending before High Courts for more than four years.
